After my years as a competitive boxer, I have the advantage of knowing first-hand how hard a boxer has to train, and what they need to do to increase their speed and agility, endurance and strength.,
I incorporate my sound knowledge as a Personal Trainer and my back ground and passion in boxing, to provide a class that pushes you outside of your comfort zone, with various training techniques used by boxers, alongside Circuit, Tabata and HITT Training.
