Get together with a group of your friends, sports team or work colleagues and let me create a session for you that will challenge you physically and mentally while maintaining an element of fun.
With my many years of experience, I can adapt training sessions to suit the needs of everyone within the group, so you don’t all have to be at the same level of fitness or strength.
Training sessions can be designed to meet specific and measurable goals like, weight loss, strength, and fitness, or be a mixture of all of these elements.
I also love to work with sports teams. Creating progressive programs that will allow the athlete to grow and flourish in all aspects of their sporting discipline,
through more specific exercises that increase their power and explosiveness, cardiovascular system, and mobility, while still placing importance on the muscles that aren’t predominantly used, to avoid injury.
Sessions can be for groups as small as 5 people up to 20 + people, and can be run at outdoor venues, work places, or inside.
They can be a one of session, seasonal sessions or run regularly.
Prices are subject to the amount of participants in a session, and the time required. Please contact me for further information.
