My BOOTCAMP F.I.T program is a safe space for all WOMEN, and focuses on varied workouts incorporating cardiovascular endurance, strength and core training.

It’s affordable Team Training, where you will gain not just strength and fitness, but new friendships and a sense of belonging

Then try BOOTCAMP F.I.T to experience the HUGE variety of exercises and drills that are designed to suit someone just starting out (pregnant and post-partum mums included),  to the most advanced fitness enthusiast, I guarantee your body and mind will be challenged!!

BOOTCAMP F.I.T empowers everyone from, mothers, athletes, office workers and labourers, through a program that is tailored to suit where YOU are at in your current health and fitness journey. All shapes and sizes are welcome! And the program is designed to cover and meet the needs of all fitness levels, including those with medical conditions, injuries, or post partum mothers..

As a REP’s Registered Personal Trainer with over 17 years’ experience in the industry, I am here to guide and encourage you safely, through motivating, varied and exciting workouts, which will make you feel better from head to toe, and inside and out.

I am also lucky enough to call myself a safe pelvic floor exercise professional, so I WILL have your bodies best interests in mind when working with pregnant and new mums.

Bootcamp F.I.T sessions are based indoors and outdoors depending on the season, and the weather.

This is a day time Bootcamp, that is open to women of all walks of life, including post partum mothers, and babies/toddlers.

8 weeks of challenging but fun training

Your choice out of 4 sessions per week

FUNctional: Have FUN, while performing all the movements that you would find in your daily life, like squatting, lunging, lifting, pulling, running, crawling (well maybe we don’t all crawl everyday) twisting, bending etc

Inclusive: Our sessions are for all, regardless of whether youv’e trained before, how fit you are, your age, if you suffer from any dibilitating injuries or disabilities, or have just had a baby. I’m here to support each and everyone of you, through your personal journey to increased health and well-being.

Team Training: And yes we are a team, and work as one, to support and motivate each other, especially on those days when we just wish we could have stayed in bed!! Why do I call it F.I.T?

Functional: Using the body to perform movements that we use in everyday life. (Squatting, pushing, pulling, running, crawling, twisting)

Intense: Challenging the body, through the intensity that is right for you.

Training: Setting goals and working towards them through various modes of training (cardio, strength, flexibility).
