Ingredients:
Smoothie:
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ cup coconut milk
1 tsp LSA
Topping:
Fresh blueberries
1 tsp chia seeds
1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
¼ cup nut and seed muesli
Method:
Blend all ingredients for the smoothie on high, adding a little more milk if too thick.
Pour into a bowl and then arrange the toppings artfully on top of the smoothie.
